You will play a crucial role in ensuring the relevance and alignment of the Target Architecture. Working closely with the local team, project stakeholders across the organization, and the central architecture network, your responsibilities will include collaborating on various tasks related to guidelines and IT standards, solution space roadmap, architectural runway, and technical alignment and guidance. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with architecture standards while also actively contributing to finding and supporting solutions at a local level. Some of your key tasks encompass: Translate IT/OT strategy into requirements and ensure technical alignment within the site towards the Pas-x project and Line of business. Define standards and align them across different processes, driving the Pas-x project and supporting process alignment and solutions. Keep DMS aligned with the global DD&IT strategy by closely collaborating with the PS architecture team. Be an executing process group member, responsible for solution vision, context, intent, and roadmaps of the architectural directions of the site Contribute to all activities from technical concept definition to solution maintenance and operations. Provide a hands-on approach and in-depth proficiency in facility technology. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: At least 5 years of experience as an IT/OT Architect or in a similar role within a global organization. Extensive experience in implementing Target Architecture, PAS-X implementation, or other large-scale IT projects and solutions. Experience in highly regulated industries, such as Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing, is considered an advantage. Fluency in both written and spoken English. As a person you are positive, responsible, and self-driven. You should have strong networking and collaboration skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proactive and visionary mindset. About the department You will be a part of the Device Manufacturing & Sourcing IT Team, which is a highly skilled and experienced team.
