Are you looking for an opportunity to use your skills to optimize manufacturing equipment and products ? Then you might be our new Validation Engineer in Novo Nordisk . The position As Validation Engineer you will play a key role in essential ongoing projects. You will define the validation strategy for the project and be a major part in the supplier selection process. The role consists of supporting validation of equipment for pack and assembly, translate data into scientific sound explanation, ensure support for a range of projects around implementation of new equipment and technologies. Your primary tasks will be: Responsible for overall validation strategy, and ensure that validation of systems and equipment are performed according to relevant procedures Validation planning for projects Supplier assessment Overview of validation documentation System Verification Process Validation While your key responsibilities will revolve around these tasks, you will also be expected to actively contribute to validation process improvements and other opportunities for increasing efficiency. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you have: Knowledge of validation or process engineering. Knowledge or experience with GMP production and behavior is considered a strong advantage. You are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordingly. Proficiency in English As a person you are courageous and committed. You are also curious and have a desire to gain insight into how your effort and accomplishment is connected to the organization as a whole! About the department Needle Manufacturing Development is part of Needle Manufacturing and Sourcing (NMS) in Product Supply that produces all Norvo Nordisk products to patients worldwide. Our main responsibilities are: Establishing manufacturing equipment for new products Being a key partner to R&D within manufacturing development for new products Planning and execution of projects on site NMS Product Maintenance on the needle portfolio We value professionalism, a high sense of responsibility and an open and informal dialogue.
