The Position As LEAN Partner for Injectable Finished Products Quality Control (IFP QC), your main objective is to be the catalyst for developing the organisation in working in a LEAN manner and to continuously improve. Your role can be divided into two main areas: Firstly, to bring your expertise and toolbox within LEAN to engage the organisation in solving problems systematically and continuously improve the current state. Secondly, you will be a partner to the management in transforming the organisation to match current and future challenges. We are currently looking for two candidates, one for each of the positions listed below. cLEAN Partner
In this position you will:
• Provide shopfloor coaching for managers and team members to develop and sustain a LEAN mindset and continues improvement culture.
• Play a key role in implementation of Lean Leadership across IFP QC DK
• Enable the department to do systematic problem solving (SPS) through facilitation of SPS meetings and coaching of employees in the SPS methods. Qualifications:
• You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree within engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or production management).
• You probably have some years of professional experience with business optimisation, preferably from a similar position in a LEAN environment.
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing concepts (e.g. Visual management, systematic problem solving, KATA) and shopfloor coaching is a plus, but not a requirement
• You are good at connecting with people at all levels of an organization and have an eye for stakeholder management.
• Full proficiency in Danish is a requirement. Experienced cLEAN Partner
In this position you will:
• Provide shopfloor coaching for managers and team members to develop and sustain a LEAN mindset & continues improvement culture.
• Drive the implementation of Lean Leadership across IFP QC DK
• Support the development and construction of the new QC laboratory
• Enable the department to do systematic problem solving (SPS) through facilitation of SPS meetings and coaching of employees in the SPS methods.
• Play a key role in drive and develop the Hoshin Kanri across QC. Qualifications:
• You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree within engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or production management).
• You have +5 years of professional experience with business optimisation, preferably from a similar position in a LEAN environment in or close to a manufacturing environment, e.g. laboratories analysing samples.
• You have a strong LEAN toolbox with solid practical experience applying concepts such systematic problem solving, KATA and VSM, and bring solid shopfloor coaching experience.
• You have a strategic mindset, and it is an advantage if you know Hoshin Kanri tool.
• Solid analytical skills and practical experience in analysing complex business issues will be an advantage
• You are good at connecting with people at all levels of an organization and have an eye for stakeholder management. As a person, you are: • Comfortable with taking initiative proactively and have a strong personal drive and dedication with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Curious about the processes and people you work with, and have a burning desire to learn new things
• Able to demonstrate attention to detail and structured in your problem-solving approach
• A team player within a diverse group of colleagues with a good sense of humour
• Great interpersonal skills are a must since the job will include considerable interaction with stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation.
• As we have international colleagues and stakeholders, from around the world, fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
About the Department Within the quality control organisation in Manufacturing Development, the IFP QC Strategy, Standards and Optimization department is a newly established area consisting of 6 dedicated and experienced employees driving the support functions across IFP QC labs. We are an international team with 5 different nationalities driving initiatives related to LEAN, planning, validation, and data analysis across the IFP QC labs. We drive change by working actively with cLEAN and always look for improvements within our processes but also in the way we work together to provide the best possible support to our laboratories.
