What’s in for you?
As a Product Owner in one of your agile teams, you will become a key member in our “eSCADA Agile Release Train”. As we are a team of 13 different nationalities, supporting our global production, our new joiner needs to have a cross-cultural understanding, being able to speak English fluently. The main tasks of the Product Owner are: In close collaboration with the Product Manager prepare and drive the definition of product vision and roadmap, understanding the business context and vision. Work with stakeholders and Agile team to ensure flow Build, prioritise, and maintain team backlog Ensure stories are delivered according to agreements (Definition of Done) You will be part of driving development and scale of products, collaborating with stakeholders to understand key drivers for deliveries and prioritisations. in close collaboration with the Scrum Master, you work with the team to overcome challenges and clarifying questions to ensure flow. We imagine that the right candidate has strong IT Project Management skills and has experience from working in global organisations. It is an advantage if you are familiar with working agile. Or maybe you have been working in a production facility as a process responsible.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the following skills and experiences: You need to have at least a bachelor’s degree within IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related fields 7 years or more of experience with IT or Automation projects including project management or as a process specialist in a production facility 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Product Owner of large transformational projects and/or in large international organisations. Alternatively other relevant leadership experience Good knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and requirements. Experience within production processes and/or SCADA/Automation will be an advantage Experience working with a highly regulated industry and GxP knowledge is an advantage Experience in working within an Agile/SAFe framework is a plus As a person, we are looking for someone who can set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation, including stakeholders. Further you work structured and focused on driving outcomes. You are good at translating strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities and have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. About Digital, Data and IT You will join our Operational Technology team which is part of our Digital, Data and IT community in Novo Nordisk. The team is responsible for implementing, developing, supporting, and maintaining a newly developed SCADA system across our production sites globally in Novo Nordisk.
