The Position As Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning your projects from idea generation to implementation and realization of expected benefits. You will drive projects for DMS Supply Chain and join cross-organizational projects acting as supply chain package owner. You can be involved in projects related to the establishment of additional capacity at external suppliers to sustain Novo Nordisk's growth, digitalization of collaboration models with suppliers, and process improvement to optimize DMS Supply Chain operating model. Your key responsibilities include: Driving project planning and execution, including creating and developing the project plan, as well as monitoring and controlling project work Working closely with project owner, communicating with end-user and team members and ensuring changing resource and project requirements are met and understood Seeking inspiration outside DMS (internal / external) to generate project ideas and optimize how DMS Supply chain runs projects Ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk Quality Management System and Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) Environmental, Health, and Safety Management systems. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have: At least a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or any other relevant field A good knowledge of supply chain obtained through hands-on role within sourcing, planning or logistics A previous experience managing supply chain projects Familiarity with execution systems (e.g. APO, ECC) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Fluency in English, both written and verbal. As an adaptable person with strong relationship-building skills, you excel in cross-functional and international collaborations, and effectively engage with stakeholders. With a proactive and self-driven approach, you take ownership of tasks and initiate actions to drive results. Your communication skills enable you to convey complex matters to stakeholders with ease, while your solid analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities ensure successful project outcomes. You also demonstrate a high level of resilience when priorities are changing and flexibility is needed. About the Department You will be part of the Supply Chain Department within Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS), consisting of 80 people. We are responsible for supplier management, planning, purchasing, and warehousing of components going into the majority of Novo Nordisk devices.
