Would you like to do optimal allocation of resources to our digital transformation journey in Finance and Operations and drive the financial management of one of our greatest digital programmes? Novo Nordisk is on a digitalisation journey with the aim of leveraging our current SAP solution, while preparing for our future SAP S/4 HANA platform. Digital Finance and Architecture is part of Novo Nordisk Finance and Compliance and is responsible for the financial reporting and compliance and driving digital transformation.
In Digital Finance and Architecture you will be part of a young and ambitious team in Denmark. You will further be collaboration with colleagues across Finance, IT and business within the project management office of the SAP S/4 HANA programme.
Our overall ambition is to create the best data foundation and infrastructure to our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid understanding of the business in which we operate.
To do this, we collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. We invest significant resources in developing our employees through close sparring, frequent feedback and by giving challenging tasks and a high degree of responsibility.
The job
As a Finance Analyst, you will be the finance partner to the senior management team of the S/4 HANA Program and will be responsible for the operational financial activities as well. The role entails a broad range of tasks where you will work towards the global line of business providing financial sparring and insights as well as drive business cases. The Program is a close network of significant projects which needs to be actively managed and create financial transparency on a timely manner. You are expected to provide recommendations to both financial and non financial senior management. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members across the SAP S/4HANA project management office (PMO) and the Project VP, who will both provide you with frequent sparring and focus on your development. You will run the financial planning process in line with Novo Nordisk standard processes for Staff areas, provide reporting to senior management, and create financial insights for decision making. In this role, you will further develop your finance toolbox, get a deep understanding of Novo Nordisk’s corporate governance, interact with stakeholders across the organisation. Furthermore, you will be involved in various cross functional projects within the team and across the value chain driving focusing in improving data management and process optimisation. You will experience a steep learning curve, which enables numerous future career opportunities in the global Novo Nordisk organisation. Qualifications
The person we are looking for preferably holds a master’s degree in business administration or economics with excellent results and has 1-3 years’ experience.
You have strong analytical skills, while good at keeping an eye for the overall purpose. You can communicate clearly and precisely with people at all levels in the organisation and you have good collaboration skills.
