The Position As Energy Partner your influence will be pivotal in achieving our ambitious goal of zero environmental impact. Collaborating across the global organization, you'll gather insights to devise and execute enhancements. Your focus will be on aligning our network of manufacturing sites with [xxxxx]'s environmental objectives, including [xxxxx]’s environmental strategy called Circular for Zero while maintaining and improving the efficiency of our organization’s Energy management system which is part of our ISO14001 certificate. [xxxxx] is part of our Circular for Zero strategy working with renewable energy solutions globally and eliminating waste of energy. In your role, you’ll together with our global manufacturing sites support and drive agenda with key focus on energy consumption through our energy management system. Working with improving digitalization expanding the use of remote metering and exploring new technologies to mature existing sites. In this role, you will:
  • Provide critical analysis and regular reporting on energy consumption into Environmental and Circular for Zero reports.
  • Drive energy management across our manufacturing sites, including energy mapping, energy efficiency evaluation, continuous improvement, follow-up on energy performance, reporting, forecasting, and target setting.
  • Identify and recommend improvements within energy aspects and processes.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and best practices across functional areas.
  • Support sites in compliance with NN procedures and global standards while enhancing cross-functional methods and systems.
  • Collaborate across units as a backbone for effective energy management.
  • You can also look forward to managing the virtual community and network and collaborating on the process to achieve great results. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A master’s degree in energy or a relevant field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, working with complex processes, is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills to support and motivate diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills are essential as you will collaborate with individuals from various backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Proficiency in structured work processes and hands-on experience in facilitation, with knowledge extending to production processes in larger manufacturing sites.
  • Comfort and proficiency in using new technologies and computers, highlighting your capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in written and spoken Danish is advantageous.
  • As an individual, your time management skills are commendable, and you approach your work with a structured mindset, allowing you to maintain a comprehensive overview and complete tasks even during busier periods. Adapting to shifting priorities comes naturally to you, as you will be working in an environment characterized by constant change. You are adept at handling most situations independently and with a routine approach, and you proactively seek advice and guidance on more complex issues. Your demonstrated ability to identify best practices and instigate improvements across methods, techniques, and approaches is evident. Your level of autonomy may range from being entirely independent to occasionally seeking guidance from managers or senior colleagues About the department [xxxxx] Product Supply Injectable Finished Products (IFP) is an area within [xxxxx] that is responsible for high-volume production serving the diabesity and obesity markets. You will be part of the IFP Business Development & Support department which is responsible for developing and optimizing our supporting processes related to our manufacturing network, such as Finance, Procurement, Investments, Capacities, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Warehousing, Environment, and cLEAN.
