Then take on this unique opportunity and apply for the new position as Executive Assistant (EA) to the Corporate Vice President of Global Contract Manufacturing and Emerging Technologies Quality Assurance (GCMET QA). As our new EA, you will be part of the GCMET QA Management Group alongside our senior managers. You will collaborate closely with leaders from our areas to ensure effective cross-organisational collaboration and timely progress within strategic initiatives The position You will report directly to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of GCMET QA and be expected to take part in shaping the new role. The new EA should however expect to:
  • Provide strategic sparring and executive support to the CVP of GCMET QA and represent the CVP in various initiatives, meetings and events.
  • Support the Management Group with data analysis, business intelligence, decision making and business transformation activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to get an understanding of local processes, challenges, opportunities and needs.
  • Proactively engage in identifying improvement opportunities and facilitating change.
  • Lead the development and deployment of a GCMET QA Strategy.
  • Our expectations The ideal candidate holds a relevant MSc and at least 3 years related to:
  • Project Management: Planning initiatives, engaging people and driving results.
  • Business Intelligence: Collecting data, producing insights and presenting recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Driving change, preferably within a heavily regulated industry.
  • Strategic Sparring: Providing advice to senior managers, preferably in a complex organisation.
  • Experience within consultancy is an advantage.
  • On a personal level you have high level of integrity, are openminded and curious, and therefore constantly on the lookout for how to improve processes. You are a team player, a fast learner with an ability to drive change, and you utilise your relationships with stakeholders to achieve success in your projects and tasks.
