The position The primary role of this position is to enhance the value of our products with customer-facing integrated 5D therapeutic solutions, and the scope is across all current and future Rare Disease (RD) Therapy Areas. More specifically, you will ensure the future success of integrated Digital Health solutions for current and future growth hormone treatments.
You will be closely working with regions and top affiliates, the global brand team, Digital Health Strategy, Digital Health IT and Drug Delivery Device teams. You will support the DHS development team by initiating, shaping, and leading the commercial activities towards launches, and manage a range of core commercial processes e.g., budget, approval, planning and system support. You will own and implement a DHS pilot, including timelines, tasks, promotional materials needed, and you will be the point of contact for the affiliates, between Rare Diseases and the DHS development team for all questions regarding the pilot and launch. You will capture the learnings from the targeted pilot to secure a best-in-class global commercial launch of an integrated subsequent growth hormone treatment DHS. Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Drive an integrated DHS pilot with affiliates to capture and use learnings for the coming best-in-class commercial launch.
  • Development of commercial strategic guidance for DHS for the growth hormone treatment portfolio, including business cases and roadmap prioritisation.
  • Support for launch countries and integration of DHS into the launch process.
  • Development of promotional and training materials and branding for DHS.
  • Development of content for the DHS for the growth hormone treatment.
  • For this position, travel is expected up to 15-20 days per year. Qualifications To succeed in this position, we expect you to have:
  • An academic degree within life sciences, information technology or similar.
  • +4 years of in-depth life science commercial understanding and experience from e.g., marketing/sales/project management.
  • Pharmaceutical product launch experience at local affiliate level.
  • Prior experience with bringing a Digital Health Solutions to market.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving complex projects from early ideas to realised benefits, as your projects are executed within a global framework and a diverse and complex stakeholder landscape as well as operating successfully in a multi-stakeholder matrix organisation, preferably in a role with global or regional responsibility.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills including the ability to communicate and present complex subjects in an easy and understandable way
  • On a personal level, you are curious, open-minded when it comes to collaborating with others who bring different perspectives and skill sets to the team and enjoy working in an international environment, so we also expect you to be capable of setting a course of action within a complex stakeholder with different needs. You are enthusiastic about exploring new territory and assertive when working with novel approaches and ideas whilst you feel comfortable delivering without established processes, developing them as you go, and informing best practices. Besides, you are keen on understanding our customers and might have previously spent time in a customer-facing role, whilst dealing with tight deadlines successfully. About the department The HSID team is dedicated to creating strategic commercial input and developing integrated 5D (Digital, Drug, Device, Data, Diagnostics) customer facing solutions for patients with rare disease. We aim to boost our mega launches and explore new value creation whilst simplifying complex treatment regimens and providing better outcomes for our patients. HSID will provide dedicated program management support at the same time championing the agreed 5D solutions ensuring fast and quality 5D delivery. This will be actioned via a project fit approach selecting the best internal or external execution model whilst working closely with Devices & Delivery Solutions and Digital Health amongst others; thereafter, ensuring a successful launch management and roll-out of the innovation.
