The position
This role involves strategizing and implementing activities for the development of Novo Nordisk IT processes in the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and expectations. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the processes, meet regulatory requirements, and represent Novo Nordisk in external forums.
Among main tasks, you will:
• Analyse Health Authority regulations, guidance, etc. and maintain central IT documents in compliance with Health Authority regulations
• Ensure that quality requirements and expectations to the IT process accommodate evolving technologies, methods, and tools to support Novo Nordisk exploitation of IT e.g., via digitalisation
• Provide advice to stakeholders on interpretation and implementation of external and internal requirements
• Act as delegate for the IT Process QA
• Participate in relevant conferences and seminars to expand network of expert peers outside Novo Nordisk Furthermore, you will also drive organizational change management activities anchored in IT Quality. We ensure the highest quality by making decisions based on regulatory requirements, business needs and patient safety. Often this means cutting complexity through simple, data-driven, robust solutions that ensure the highest possible quality. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold an academic degree in Computer Science or similar
• Have experience in handling regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical environment
• Have several years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• Have a couple of years’ experience in IT QA related roles
• Have some project management experience
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
On a personal level, you are an adaptable professional with strong leadership and change management competencies, adept at problem handling in a "political" management environment. You possess excellent coaching abilities, empowering individuals to make independent decisions, and be highly skilled at prioritizing incoming work, even in a demanding and fast-paced working environment.
Additionally, you have a proven track record of successfully running multiple cross-organizational projects.
About the department
IT Quality employs 45 highly skilled and ambitious professionals in Denmark and India. We are responsible for ensuring that external and internal requirements are reflected in Novo Nordisk IT processes, and the department serves as competence centre for IT quality assurance throughout the company. Our responsibilities also include quality assurance of IT projects and systems, services and infrastructure used globally. In our team we have highly motivated, engaged, and independent colleagues and it is an international environment where we share knowledge, experience, and where we help each other when needed.
