Keen on taking part of driving business value through Digitalisation, Data and IT? Working with us you will get the opportunity to engage with various project teams across the global Digital, Data & IT organisation (DD&IT) and together you will work to solve business challenges through innovative data-, digitalisation- and IT-solutions. The position To excel as DD&IT Business Consultant you are curious, open-minded and easily adaptable to new business contexts. The role and work are based on the need of the business, and tasks and responsibility can vary. Examples of projects are: Facilitate key IT initiatives in collaboration with colleagues in- and outside DD&IT, managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisations Scrum Master for one or several agile teams. Manage and coach the delivery team and influence leadership to further mature and develop the agile setup Support implementation of Digital Health products and devices across countries and markets PMO in a large-scale programme within IT that impacts all business areas In any role, you will be given plenty of responsibility in some of the largest digital, data or IT initiatives in Novo Nordisk. You will have the opportunity to learn from highly experienced colleagues, working across the entire value chain, and be given the freedom to impact and shape your own role in DD&IT Business Consulting. The position allows you to deep-dive into IT relevant topics and systems to expand your technical understanding and knowledge Novo Nordisk has a high focus on career development, and this position may be a steppingstone into other positions like Executive Assistant, Scrum Master, Strategy Consultant etc. Qualifications Master’s degree in IT, Business, Strategy or in another relevant field At least 2-4 years of experience in IT, consulting, or project related work Adaptive, and able to quickly engage in any team you enter Strong communicator, excellent facilitator and able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes Strong interest in IT, digitalisation and data Fluency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite Basic understanding of Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) is a benefit About the department We are a team of 14 young and highly engaged consultants with mixed backgrounds and profiles.
