We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Lead Talent Acquisition, North West Europe (NWE), to join our international team at Novo Nordisk. The position As a Team Lead Talent Acquisition, North West Europe, at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team of eight, passionate talent acquisition partners, based across the region. The team are responsible for driving all recruitment activities for our commercial organisation, where we typically hire over 500 positions per year. In addition, you will be responsible for: Partnering with the business in orchestrating large- and small-scale expansions across the region. Translating business needs into talent acquisition strategies and tactics. Identifying and implementing recruitment process improvements and creating efficiencies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders Taking hands-on responsibility for recruitments at Director and Senior Director level, across the region. Qualifications You thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, with ability to easily pivot across different topics and activities. In addition, you bring the following experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional or global role, where you have gained a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices. Ability to lead and motivate a team of engaged and experience talent acquisition professionals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with internal and external stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels. Agility to pick up new tasks and technologies, passionate about finding opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. About the department The Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence is a global team that drives talent acquisition strategies and initiatives across Novo Nordisk. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition North Europe, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Your team of eight direct reports are based across Europe in on-site, hybrid and fully virtual setups. With a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, our team creates a collaborative and engaging atmosphere where everyone’s contributions are valued.
