The position
At Novo Nordisk, we have applied CCTV within our manufacturing plants, and use CCTV to support the pharmaceutical production processes. As a Business Analyst for the Global CCTV solution, you will act as a liaison between the Line of Business/end users and the Global CCTV team. In this position, your role is responsible for:
• Building a better insight into how CCTV is used at the plants by
identifying and analyzing business requirements and translating
them into vendor application requirements.
• Pursuing standardization and business need fulfilment within the
standard CCTV application.
• Creating and implementing best practices with high impact on global
business results.
• Participating in solution deployments.
• Running post-go live satisfaction surveys, followed by analyzing any
problems and prioritizing solutions based on data.
The position engages in both operations and ongoing projects. The team is scaling up its implementation rate and scope in the coming years, so the position will entail a lot of dynamics, require flexibility, and new ways of thinking. The position is based in Denmark; you work globally – via online sessions, and travel will be very limited.
Qualification
• Your background is in Technician, IT/OT Engineering, Bachelor / MSc.,
or similar.
• You have experience with the implementation of OT/IT solutions and
troubleshooting and are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice
(GMP).
• You have a passion for understanding business needs and sharing best
practices.
• Ideally, you have experience with CCTV solutions, but it is not a must.
As a person, you are flexible, structured, proactive, self-driven, and both team-oriented and eager to drive a good experience for our stakeholders using our solutions. You love to learn, and you are naturally curious. As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent in both written and spoken forms. The department sets the strategic direction within the technology realm and implements global solutions within Monitoring and Control in Pharma, by adopting the latest technologies available. Our team is located in Ballerup, Denmark and collaborates with our Product Supply colleagues around the world. You will interact with users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes forward. Our product team consist of the following profiles Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Implementation Lead, System Manager and Validation Expert. We strive to excel in our primary role while work close together and assist each other when needed. We drive progress in an agile team spirit, with an innovative and quality mindset, while having fun and driving meaningful change.
