You will be part of a newly established project management team who is responsible for driving a large variety of projects across our area. The projects will vary in length and complexity, and you may therefore run several projects simultaneously or be fully allocated into one complex project. You will be working on implementing either new products, processes or equipment in our manufacturing facilities and quality control laboratories across Gentofte, Kirke Værløse, Hillerød and Kalundborg responsible for manufacturing the active pharmaceutical ingredient, drug product, finished products, and analytical methods. As we do not expect you to have prior experience from the pharmaceutical industry, you will get an experienced project manager as your mentor who will onboard you on how to drive projects in the pharmaceutical industry and Novo Nordisk, as well as help you to expand your network. In addition, you will be responsible for driving our projects forward by following-up on deliverables, evaluating project risk, ensuring timely communication, and link to other projects. The project management task will also include alignment of role and responsibilities with project members as well as human resource aspects. Preparation and execution of project plans constitute a rather big task of the work. Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our newly established project management office because you have: A solid project management toolbox preferably but not limited to a highly regulated industry. It is more important for us that you are energized by the opportunity to utilize your toolbox in the pharmaceutical industry. Excellence stakeholder management skills when it comes to communicating with project members in all levels from operators to directors. Great communication skills when it comes to driving change management as part of your projects and presenting and engaging stakeholders at all levels. A relevant academic degree and full professional proficiency in English. On a personal level you are curious and eager to learn. This will enable you to move into a new industry and establish a solid network within the organization. Your open mindset makes it easy for you to work on a variety of projects in different areas as the unknown excites you. About the department
You will join the Digital and Projects department where skilled colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you. The Digital and Projects department is part of the Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Manufacturing Development & Quality Control area that has its base in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. 460 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio. Our area also includes the Quality Control unit for all BRD’s products.
