As our new Process Supporter, your days will be highly varied. You will be part of a process support team with many motivated colleagues with very different backgrounds. You will be part of the daily support with expert knowledge on the process and product, handling: Incidents Deviations Change requests Optimization projects
Sometimes, your expertise will be needed for problem solving – facilitating the systematic root cause finding by means of LEAN, such that we can implement corrective and preventive measures. At other times, optimizations and projects will be your focus – making sure that we will be able to meet the growing demands of the future.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role as Process Supporter we expect you to have: A scienticifc or a technical background, a bachelor level or higher, and you have a curiosity for production and/or technical solutions. As our work is carried out and documented in accordance by GMP regulations, a systematic approach and a strong quality mindset are expected. Experience with process support from the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry, together with insight into GMP regulation will be an advantage Experience in working with change requests, requirement specifications, validation, testing, as well as deviations will be an advantage G ood collaboration and communication skills in both Danish and English are essential, as you will work closely with different professional groups On a personal level you are result-oriented, good at planning, and you take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. You express curiosity when troubleshooting in the production - challenging the status quo. We also emphasize that you are a team-player who can motivate the people around you.

OFP is organizationally located in Product Supply, and we are steadily growing – at present we are more than 1000+ committed colleagues in Måløv. We have great ambitions for the future, and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to the market. OFP Production consists of two 2 areas: Bulk Tablet Production and Pack. The vacant position as Process Support is in OFP Bulk Production, where we focus on tablet production for the market, ramp-up and optimization of our processes in close collaboration with the other teams in the Bulk area. In 2004 Novo Nordisk initiated the ambitious and pioneering work of being the first company to offer a GLP-1 based oral alternative, to type2 diabetes patients all over the world. In 2019 we got the first approval to send our GLP-1 based tablet to the market, and we are already represented in both US, EU and other parts of the world. The pioneer spirit is what characterise Oral Finished Products. Every day we put our very best efforts in optimising and developing our production, to be able to help even more patients all over the world. And to succeed with that we need you!
