You will join a cross-functional scrum team with a Product owner, UX/UI specialist, Front- and Back-end Developers and a Scrum Master. Together with your team you will help introduce best practices for software development in this domain. Within Digital Accelerator we are also building out standards and sharing them across all our agile teams to enable faster time to market and driving better outcomes for our customers and colleagues. The position is primarily based in Søborg, Denmark. The teams purpose is to ensure the safety and quality throughout the clinical trial phase by delivering digital solutions to support Clinical Research Associates globally. For that reason, our applications are deployed in a regulated clinical context and therefore subject to very high standards. The team develops and runs an application optimized for iOS that supports the work of Novo Nordisk’ global trial monitors. It aims to become a one-stop shop by visualizing data from various sources captured during the lifetime of a clinical study. Data will be displayed in customized views specific to the individual employee in order to improve general oversight and reduce manual tracking. You will:
  • Build, optimize, deploy and maintain our digital products with focus on continuous delivery and building next generation digital architecture

  • Use agile engineering practices as well as various software development technologies and tools to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that deliver value to the end users and the company

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve agile objectives, such as implementing desired functionality, and enhancing the user experience.

  • Engage with team and business stakeholders to understand the users and advise on solutions

  • Which competencies to bring?
  • You have +5 years of experience as Software Developer working in agile teams

  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines and Git or similar tools

  • Experience with .NET, MVC, C#, and test automation

  • Experience with Azure Cloud and cloud native architecture and technologies

  • If you know your way around Javascript, Typescript, possibly even Vue.js, that’s a plus

  • If you’re interested in Data Science, that’s a good thing too

  • As a person you are a positive with a can-do attitude, empathetic and pragmatic. You are to inspire and challenge the organization with your knowledge of various technologies and tools on how to solve complex business problems. You want to establish a strong capability within Software Development to ensure knowledge sharing, supervise, mentor and coach junior colleagues.
