Do you want to bring your solid Supply Chain experience and digitalisation mind-set to help us transform our Global Supply Chain? Are you looking for a position in which you will set direction and drive prioritisation as Product Manager within one of our Agile Release trains? If so, you could be our new Product Manager. Apply now!The positionAs a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving, facilitating, and developing the roadmap and backlog within our agile release train “MDA – Master Data Automation” and other Master Data topics managed by agile teams
Your responsibilities and success criteria will include:Ensure a strong foundation, by driving standardised, harmonised, reliable, and digital Global Supply Chain Master Data processes and solutions that continue to adapt to constantly changing business needs Set a clear direction for the MDA agile team as well as collaborate with other agile teams - containing of 100+ people (primarily from Global IT), responsible for product vision, roadmap and to build and prioritise the overall MDA program backlog Secure close alignment on priorities and dependencies across other Agile Release trains within NN as well as manage stakeholders and their expectations across Novo Nordisk at all levels in the organisation. Scope of Master Data is Plants, Products and Materials with associated master data objects in SAP, OMP and surrounding systems. Qualifications
To be a successful Supply Chain Product Manager, the following qualifications are required:Minimum of 7 years of strong business insight from similar Master Data or other Supply Chain positions with master data elements Master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT A natural flair for Global Supply Chain business process optimisation and IT systems as leader or Project Manager Ability to set clear direction, prioritise and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation. Strong stakeholder management skills
Additionally, the experience in Agile technologies is preferred.As a person, you are known for your high motivation, engagement, ability to create results and open mindset. You have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and have strong stakeholder engagement skills, and you thrive with taking the lead on problem solving when needed.

We are 57 dedicated colleagues in our centre of excellence within Digital Supply Chain. Digital Supply Chain is anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply and our main responsibilities are to digitalise, harmonise and improve global processes and solutions within the end-to-end master data from the development and out to sales affiliates. Product Supply have facilities globally and have key stakeholders throughout the end-to-end supply chain.You will be part of a strong and highly engaged DSC Master Data Excellence team with 14 other colleagues specialised in Master Data.Working at Novo Nordisk
