About the position
As Administrative Assistant you will become the backbone of our department and get to work with a wide range of different tasks, which may include:
  • Support the management team with everything from people administration, meeting preparation, taking minutes, and follow-up on actions etc.
  • Procurement tasks
  • Event planning for the department
  • Prepare budgets, do monthly follow-up and handle invoices
  • Act as coordinator of the education committee

    Qualifications
    The right candidate for this position is excited about working in an administrative supportive role and have experience from a similar position, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, you have:
  • A flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling budgets
  • Experience with procurement
  • Solid IT skills and easily adapt to new systems
  • Good communication skills
  • You are proficient in both written and spoken in both English and Danish
  • Also, it would be an advantage if you have experience with IT-systems such as SAP, Coupa, Excel, and Success-Factor. As a person you have a can-do attitude and enjoy being the go-to person in the office. Regardless of the tasks you see it as your responsibility to make sure that the office is running smoothly, and you use a structured approach. To stay on top of any projects you have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.

    About the department
    You will be part of the Business Development Support area, mainly providing support to the Strategy & Operational Excellence department with reference to the Director. The department is responsible for the strategy deployment, our Environmental Health and Safety, Training, cLEAN & QMS activities. The area is operating in a changing environment where tasks and coordination mainly requires on-site support. In the department there is a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common that we want to support and help each other, have a good time, and make a big difference together.
