The position As Senior Training Coordinator, you will provide training solutions to support the business needs, which will be done through designing, development, facilitation, and maintenance of training (eLearning and instructor-led delivery) in accordance with the regulatory, corporate and site procedures. Maintenance and development of training programmes will include design improvements, assessment of business needs, and curricula development. As a Senior Training Coordinator in Novo Nordisk Quality, you should facilitate training with high quality. You insist that learning solutions always should be kept simple, practicable, and interesting to engage the learners. Furthermore, you should both be persistent yet curious when experiencing resistance against change. In addition to instructor-led training and design of training material, you will as Senior Training Coordinator also be responsible for our upcoming learning page, which requires development and maintenance of training curricula and data entry. Thus, this role will collaborate with QA areas and training partners, Process Managers and Corporate Vice Presidents to determine training needs and obtain necessary knowledge to develop required training programmes, which will secure effective, efficient, and compliant training within highly regulated work processes. A big advantage to succeed in the role is previous experience with more than one of following: assessing learning needs, design and development of training material (e.g., PowerPoint slides, skill checks, assessments, eLearning), delivery and facilitation of instructor-led training, curricula design, and customer service. Your main responsibilities will be
  • Designing, developing, and facilitating effective training in a variety of formats Face-to-Face training, Teams, eLearning
  • Continuously evaluate existing training offerings as well as new training initiatives and collaborate with management to identify training needs.
  • Coordinate with dedicated instructors and secure updated training curricula.
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of our upcoming learning page, which includes training curricula and data entry as well as secure a balance between supply and demand.
  • Create and foster collaborative customer relationships by focusing on customer needs and responding to training-related questions/issues.
  • You will be part of a small team working across different training areas towards harmonization and optimisation of training offered by Quality across SVP areas. You are anchored in Bagsværd but will collaborate with stakeholders from all around the world, hence the position will spend significant time in an office and training environment. Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy or similar master's degree within medicine or health sciences
  • You must have minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry either in Quality Assurance or Productions area
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken. Fluency in Danish is an advantage.
  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage others
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • As it is a new position and a newly established part of the organisation it will be an advantage if you have had experience with implement communication plans or project management To thrive in this role, you will need just the right balance between a positive and can-do attitude on the one hand and having an eye for structure and details on the other. Ability to elicit, share examples, and present real-life examples to the participants is also a big advantage.

The Department The department was established during spring 2022 where the first goal was to establish a QA programme with an accelerated learning journey for newly graduated candidates across our areas in Novo Nordisk Quality. The departments responsibilities are now increasing to include governance of NNQ offered training and offering more central training across NN. Hence, with the teams growing responsibilities new training roles are being established. We are a small department, but we have a huge network across the organisation working closely together with Global Training, local training coordinators in QA, Executive Office, HR, Talent Acquisition, and the Quality Areas which makes our working day diverse and exiting.
