You will be joining a cluster within Supply Chain Business Support & Monitoring in Supply Chain. The unit is responsible for supporting our supply chain management and Novo Nordisk senior management with status strategic supply/demand challenges as well as drive optimization projects supporting our core processes and monitoring hereof.You will become part of a team of highly skilled colleagues with high engagement and focus on delivering strong results. We are a newly established team consisting of different roles and profiles but with the same purpose of supporting our Novo Nordisk Supply Chain.Coming into this new team you will have the opportunity to both develop how we work and join a team with a diverse and inclusive mindset.About the position
As a Finance Partner in Supply Chain Business Support & Monitoring, your primary role will be to support the line of business with proactive finance partnering.The tasks include:
  • Planning and driving the financial processes across the PS, Q & IT Supply Chain business units during budget rounds
  • Participate in Month-End and Year-End closing processes
  • Collaborating closely with ambitious and talented stakeholders
  • Optimising the processes and driving data transparency to enable sound decision making
  • Help deciding and developing which processes and tools are needed to create the right level of financial transparency and reporting
  • Supporting the organisation with financial advice and creating business review material for senior stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc tasks
  • Qualifications
    To be considered for the position, we expect that:
  • You hold as a minimum a bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years of experience within business analysis, business controlling, finance, accounting or similar
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills
  • It is in advantage if you have knowledge within SAP or other ERP system as well as experience with presentation and BI tools such as PowerPoint, Tableau, Excel
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity of nature and willingness to use this to dive into the challenges
