The position As Senior Manager, you will have the focus of ensuring successful change management and execution of driving innovation within IT in our area. Your main responsibilities will include: Ensure development, motivation, and engagement within your team Support your team in case of roadblocks and guide in stakeholder management Drive change management within our area Contribute to the development of our department as member of the management team
Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team because you have: Solid leadership experience Experience in driving innovation Excellent stakeholder management skills especially when it comes to driving change Curiosity and interest in industry 4.0 technology. Professional proficiency in English and a relevant academic degree
On a personal note, you have experience working within an agile and international environment. Your ability to build relations with stakeholders cross functionally is seen as a strength and you possess excellent communication skills to drive deliverables when working individually and working as a team. About the department You will be heading up BRD Enterprise IT Projects department part of BRD Digital & Projects within our Manufacturing Development area. The main responsibility for the team is to lead investment projects across Product Supply BRD in Denmark and we are focused on expanding our investments in facilities and equipment. BRD Digital & Projects is part of BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control that has its base in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. 650 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio.
