We are looking for a new colleague who can combine IT knowledge, and analytical abilities with solid project management skills. You’ll be working across a range of different areas and stakeholders. Stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. Your primary tasks include: Supporting our IT process group by planning, executing, and following up on the process strategy. Executing our master roadmap for various IT process improvements. Driving cross-cutting activities such as IT training, reporting, and communication. Ensuring that goals, success criteria, and business benefits for the project are accurately described and managed. Providing timely and relevant updates on project status for all key stakeholders, reporting, and adjusting for any deviations from your plans as you advance the projects. You will work closely with our highly engaged global colleagues from Product Supply, Digital Data and IT and other areas. Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. To be considered for this position, you should have:
A Master's degree in a relevant field and 3-7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry. Experience in a management support function. Professional experience from a large global company, and you are accustomed to working with different cultures. Excellent communication skills, with strong fluency in English. On a personal level, you have strong analytical and people skills as well as a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You can handle several tasks at the same time while keeping an ongoing focus on learning and delivering strong results. You are structured and ambitious about your projects and are interested in growing your skills as well as expertise to lead the way. About the department
You will be working in DD&IT PS Business Support which is part of our global IT organisation. We are supporting IT used in our production areas and we take responsibility for new IT investment projects with the focus of harmonizing and standardizing IT processes and IT systems across our manufacturing areas.
