The position
As a Project Manager, you will support our IT System Managers in their different projects, you will play a crucial role in project-related tasks towards the operation and maintenance of IT systems. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of service, communication, and coordination skills, and the ability to coordinate various tasks, activities, and events in a self-driven way and professional manner. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and driving building/re-building projects from idea to implementation.
• Leading a portfolio of multiple projects.
• Managing and coordinating resources, timelines, and costs.
• Coordinating activities with system managers and stakeholders from operations.
• Managing vendor relationships.
• Supporting in facilitation, planning, and maintaining documentation, including IT Risk Assessments, IT Periodic System Evaluation, lifecycle management handling, Year wheel facilitation and much more.
Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious proactive Project Manager who can contribute to the team and organization using your experience, stakeholder management skills, and your personality. There can be many paths to this position.
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
• A master’s degree in a relevant field like Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business administration.
• Relevant experience with project management in IT with an AGILE way of working.
• The ability to navigate easily in complex environments and with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English. Danish is considered as an advantage.

You excel at building strong working relationships, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining attention to detail while upholding quality standards. You will be part of the IT System Management team in our IT & Automation department. Our team's main tasks are to initiate, drive, and participate in various IT-related tasks to ensure our production, compliance, and future quality and regulatory requirements. We are responsible for driving the digitalization strategy for Oral Development & Finished products. In our team, we have a great atmosphere and team spirit.
