In IFP QA we are looking for a talented and ambitious QA professional, to take part in a strong, evolving and fast moving organisation. A role where you will secure the quality and safety of products for treating diabetes and obesity. Does this sound like the right role for you? Then you may be the person we are looking for to support our QA unit for Injectable Finished Products Manufacturing Development (IFP ManDev). The position As QAprofessional your main task will be to ensure patient safety, by delivering high-quality standards for our products and processes. We offer you an exciting and important role where you will become part of a skilled team in an exciting area. We cover a large area with diverse tasks, but our main responsibility is ensuring quality and compliance with production processes and products or all drug product sites producing diabetes and obesity products. We review and approve documents within stability studies, batch documentation, climate facilities and validation projects. For the different tasks, you task is to verify that the various studies are setup, conducted and documented with the right level of quality and compliance. As a team we are involved in complex cases with high attention, as well as innovation and digitalisation projects with stakeholders both locally and internationally. In these tasks, we ensure and sets the quality direction across the IFP organisation. With good communication and social skills, you will use your talents to set quality direction for stakeholders and be a present character on the shopfloor, to ensure a good collaboration with our stakeholders. You are a proactive and resourceful person with the ability to identify areas of improvement.   • Master’s degree in Biology, Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry or similar
  • GMP experience from pharmaceutical industry, preferably aseptic production and processes.
  • You are a self-driven, proactive, and resourceful person
  • Pragmatic abilities to ensure the right and balanced quality standards
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and communication with many different stakeholders will be crucial for your success

The department consists of 40 people divided into three teams, and this position is in the Products & Processes team.
